Our customer Rijksen Speciaal Timmerwerk recently took a significant step toward further professionalizing their production process. With the introduction of an advanced KÜNDIG sanding machine and a specially developed return system, they are taking their craftsmanship to an even higher level.
Efficiency and perfect finish
After an intensive period of preparation and coordination between Rijksen, FA-tech, Machinehandel van Nuland, and Van Belle, the first panels have now been successfully processed. The new machine not only ensures a superior finish for the panels, but also optimizes the workflow in both production and the paint shop.
What makes this setup unique is the custom-built return system. This system ensures that the panels are returned to the operator immediately after sanding, making the process completely closed-loop. The result? A more efficient throughput and consistent, high quality that the professionals at Rijksen are rightly proud of.
