Product information

The Ultra TT 2000/3000/4000 is primarily utilized for the production of structural timber elements. The single milling unit is engineered for a package width of 600 mm, a package height (lamella width) of 280 mm, and a package length of 300 - or 4000 mm. The second side is milled and glued after a 180° rotation by an automatic, traversing servo turntable. Nearly any type of adhesive can be employed. The pressing process is executed either as an endless length using an extrusion press or as a fixed length with various end presses (6 / 7.2 / 9.3 / 12 / 16 / 18 m). The average output is 2 packages/min.

The vertical profile is predominantly used in structural timber construction, as well as in window and frame manufacturing. It offers the largest gluing surface, making it the most stable among all finger joints.

Horizontal joints are primarily employed in furniture manufacturing. For instance, shoulder profiles produce tabletops that resemble parquet flooring, as only the straight butt joints are visible.
