The computer-controlled fully automatic window presses, with connectivity to a production control system, enable the continuous pressing of window elements. Frames pre-assembled at an infeed station are transported into the press, fully automatically pressed, optionally nailed or screwed, and then transported out. There are no limitations to the possible window shapes.
Thanks to its modular principle and extensive range of accessories, this fully automatic machine can be adapted to all pressing tasks. The technically mature, proven design guarantees cycle-time-oriented volume production. Cycle times well below 60 seconds are easily achievable. Furthermore, tailored equipment packages allow for the loose insertion and pressing of very small or angled frames and sashes.
