Thanks to the new combination of variable single-tooth tables, the system is fully capable of processing double components. This is accompanied by a significant reduction in tool change times. Simultaneously, the entire system experiences significantly less stress. During process optimization, the required flexibility of modern window and door systems has also been taken into account.
Advanced, customized solutions now define the production of windows and furniture. If high processing capacity is required, the Conturex Vario S or Vario L is indispensable. A distinctive feature of WEINIG's fully automatic powerhouse is the PowerGrip Motion 2D/3D rebate clamping system. It offers significantly greater flexibility, especially in the production of narrow profile systems and round arches, and for partial milling in system construction.
WEINIG CAM, WEINIG SIM, and WEINIG Solid WF are the perfect software modules for programming, simulating, and monitoring workpieces. The direct workpiece transfer of the Conturex Vario S guarantees the highest workpiece quality. The new working width of up to 330 mm leaves nothing to be desired for future products. With the support of the 4-table sequence, output is significantly increased, especially for short workpieces. A changer with 2 x 24 positions and an external magazine with 90 positions are available in the tool section. The machine's enormous productivity is enhanced by the fact that even the smallest batch sizes can be processed without setup times. Another highlight is the new machine housing with improved visibility and accessibility for enhanced safety and ergonomics for the machine operator.
